The Croppin' Cabin is booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.  First payment received guarantees booking.  A deposit of 50% of  the rental amount is due immediately at booking and may be paid by check, Visa or Mastercard.  The balance is due 2 weeks prior to scheduled date.

Our  rates are as follows:

Weekend crop (for up to 8 scrappers)    From Friday at 9:00 AM through Sunday at 6:00 PM (later on request)      $600

Weekday savings: 

Early week rates Monday through Thursday ....

4 days, three nights

(Monday at 9 AM through Thursday at 6 PM) ... $500. 

Or

3 days 2 nights...  

(Mon.-Wed. OR Tues.-Thur.) 

$400

Day crops available for up to 8 persons... 

Subject to availability. $25 per person (no minimum)

Cancellation Policy:  For full refund of deposit, cancellations must be made 60 days prior to reservation date.   Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days prior to reservation date shall receive a 50% refund of deposit.  Cancellations made less that 30 days prior to reservation date shall forfeit the entire deposit.  Rescheduling to a vacant future date within 90 days of original date is allowed once. This policy is strictly enforced.
